Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how All-In Clips, owner-run software operated by Krogel Industries ("All-In Clips", "we", "us", "our"), handles data. All-In Clips creates short-form video clips from long-form podcast episodes and publishes them to social media accounts that we own and control on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads, using each platform's official developer API.

The short version. All-In Clips has no public users. It authenticates only to our own social accounts and only handles data about those accounts — a basic account identifier, an access token used to publish, and performance statistics for content we posted. We do not collect data from members of the public, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers the All-In Clips software and this website (allinclips.krogelcapital.com). Because the software is not offered to the public, it does not process personal data belonging to external users. The data it handles relates to the social media accounts we operate.

2. Information we receive

Through each platform's official API, and only for accounts we own after the account owner authorizes access, All-In Clips receives:

Account identifiers — a platform-issued identifier for our own account (for example a TikTok open_id) and the account username or display name, used to confirm the app is acting on the correct owner account.
Access and refresh tokens — the credentials each platform issues so the app can publish to, and read the stats of, our own account. Tokens are scoped to the permissions we granted.
Performance statistics for our own posts — metrics on content we published, such as views, likes, comments, shares, watch-time and follower counts, used to decide which clips to make next.

All-In Clips does not request, receive, or store the private data of any other user, the followers of our accounts, or members of the public. It does not access contacts, messages, or location data.

3. How we use this information

To authenticate to, and publish clips on, social accounts we own, at the time and privacy level we choose.
To read the performance of our own posts and rank which future clips to produce and where to publish them.
To operate, secure, debug and improve the software.

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling of individuals, or automated decisions that affect any member of the public.

4. Legal basis

Where data-protection law applies, our processing rests on our legitimate interest in operating our own social media presence, and on the consent the account owner gives through each platform's authorization screen. The account owner can withdraw that consent at any time by revoking the app's access in the platform's settings (see section 8).

5. How the information is stored and how long we keep it

Tokens and statistics are stored on computers and storage we control, protected by operating-system access controls. Access tokens are retained only while needed to operate the account and are refreshed or discarded through each platform's normal token lifecycle. Performance statistics are retained while they remain useful for selecting content and may be deleted at any time. We do not maintain a public database of this information.

6. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share this information with third parties for their own purposes. The only external parties involved are the social platforms themselves — when the app publishes a clip or reads stats, it necessarily exchanges data with the platform whose account we are operating. Each such exchange is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Third-party platforms

All-In Clips interacts with the following official APIs to operate our own accounts: the TikTok for Developers API (Login Kit, Content Posting API, Display API), the Meta Graph API (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), and the YouTube Data API. Data those platforms hold about our accounts is governed by their respective privacy policies:

8. Your choices and rights

Because All-In Clips has no public users, there is generally no third-party personal data for us to hold. For the account owner, and to the extent any applicable law grants rights of access, correction, or deletion:

Revoke access at any time. The account owner can disconnect All-In Clips from the platform's own settings (for example, TikTok › Security & permissions › Manage app permissions), which invalidates the app's tokens immediately.
Request access or deletion. Anyone who believes we hold data about them, and any rights holder or platform, may contact us using the details in section 12 and we will respond promptly.

9. Data security

We limit stored credentials to what the app needs, keep them on systems we control, and rely on each platform's token model so that access can be revoked. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited data involved.

10. Children

All-In Clips is not directed to children, has no public sign-up, and does not knowingly collect any data from children.

11. This website; cookies and analytics

This website is a set of static pages. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies, does not run third-party analytics, and does not collect personal information from visitors. Standard server request logs may be kept by our static-hosting provider (GitHub Pages) for security and reliability. The Clips pages show preview images that load from YouTube's image servers (i.ytimg.com), and clip links open on YouTube; those requests are handled under Google's privacy policy.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any change is posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date.
