All-In Clips ("we", "us") operates a clip-publishing application that posts short-form video to social media accounts we own, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads.
What we collect The application signs in only to our own social media accounts. Through each platform's official API it receives a basic account identifier (such as an open_id and username) to confirm the correct account, an access token to publish on that account, and performance statistics for content we posted (views, likes, comments, shares). It does not collect any information from members of the public and has no public users.
How we use it Account identifiers and tokens are used solely to publish clips to our own accounts and to read the performance of our own posts. Statistics are used to decide which clips to make next.
Storage and security Tokens and statistics are stored on computers we control and are never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties. Tokens are refreshed or revoked through each platform's normal mechanism.
Third parties We use the official platform APIs (TikTok for Developers, Meta Graph API, YouTube Data API). Each platform's own privacy policy governs data held by that platform.
Your choices Because the application has no public users, there is no personal data of third parties to access or delete. To ask about data associated with our accounts, contact us at @allinpodcastllc on Instagram or Threads.
Changes We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
