These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the All-In Clips software and this website (allinclips.krogelcapital.com), operated by Krogel Industries ("All-In Clips", "we", "us"). By accessing this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

All-In Clips is private, owner-run software. It is not a product offered to the public. There is nothing to sign up for, subscribe to, purchase, or download. This website exists to document the software and its data practices.

1. What the Service is

All-In Clips creates short-form video clips from long-form podcast episodes and publishes them to social media accounts that we own and control on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads. It runs on our own systems and is operated by us, for our own accounts.

2. No public accounts or user access

The Service is not made available to third parties. You cannot register for it, log in to it, or use it to publish to your own accounts. Anyone visiting this website may read about the Service, but no functionality of the Service is offered to visitors.

3. Owner-account use only

Each platform authorization the Service uses grants access to a single owner account, and the Service acts only on that account. It does not access, post to, or collect data from any other user's account. Our handling of the limited data involved is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Platform compliance

All publishing is performed through each platform's official API and is subject to that platform's developer terms, API terms, and community guidelines — including those of TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads) and YouTube/Google. We operate the Service in accordance with those terms, and nothing in these Terms is intended to conflict with them; where a platform's terms are stricter, those terms control our use of that platform.

5. Content and intellectual property

Clips are created from All-In Podcast episodes and are published to our own channels with attribution to the source. We do not claim ownership of, or any license to, third-party trademarks or content beyond what applicable law and the relevant platform terms permit. If you are a rights holder and have a question or concern about any clip, contact us at the address in section 10 and we will respond promptly and, where appropriate, remove or amend the content. The software, this website, and their original text and design are owned by Krogel Industries.

6. Acceptable use of this website

This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to breach its security, disrupt its availability, or use it in violation of applicable law.

7. No warranty

The Service and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krogel Industries will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to the Service or this website.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and contact
