Terms of Service

These terms govern the All-In Clips clip-publishing application (the "Service").

1. What the Service is. The Service creates short-form video clips from long-form podcast episodes and publishes them to social media accounts owned by All-In Clips. It is operated by us, for our own accounts.
2. No public accounts. The Service is not offered to the public. There is nothing to sign up for, purchase, or download. Anyone who reaches this site is welcome to read about the Service but cannot use it.
3. Platform terms. Publishing is done through each platform's official API and is subject to that platform's developer and community terms, which we agree to follow.
4. Content. Clips are produced from publicly available podcast episodes for commentary and discovery and are attributed to the original show. Rights holders may contact us at @allinpodcastllc on Instagram or Threads with any concern and we will respond promptly.
5. No warranty. The Service and this website are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
6. Changes. We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here.
